The Enterprise Account Manager at Hitachi Vantara India is responsible for managing and growing strategic client relationships within the enterprise sector, driving revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction through the proactive identification and delivery of Hitachi’s comprehensive solutions and services.

Job Responsibilities





Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas and business objectives for assigned enterprise accounts.
Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, IT leadership, and business decision-makers, within client organizations.
Proactively identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities, and position Hitachi's relevant products, solutions, and services (e.g., IT consulting, data analytics, IoT, cloud solutions, industrial solutions) to address them effectively.
Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure, often involving complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including pre-sales, skilled services, product development, and legal, to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer success.
