Position Summary
The Staff Software Engineer will provide technical leadership across teams by designing and evolving large-scale systems and architectures for scalability, reliability, and maintainability. This role will shape technical strategy, influence roadmap decisions, drive modernization and reliability initiatives, and lead the adoption of AI-assisted development practices that improve engineering velocity, product quality, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and evolution of large-scale systems and architectures to support long-term scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Define and guide technical vision and strategy across teams, aligning engineering efforts with long-term product and organizational goals.
