Position: MYLS App Support Executive

Primary Objective
The primary responsibility of the MYLS App Support Executive is to ensure 100% MYLS App Download Compliance for all clients whose cases have been started.
The employee will be responsible for client onboarding, app-download follow-ups, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate daily adoption records.

Key Responsibilities
1. MYLS App Downloads
• Ensure 100% of clients download the MYLS app after their case starts.
• Send the MYLS app download link to every client.
• Follow up with clients who have not downloaded the app.
• Continue follow-up until the client successfully downloads the app.
• Maintain an updated record of clients who have and have not downloaded the app.
2. Client Introduction & Support
• Conduct introductory meetings with clients to explain the MYLS app and its purpose.
• Guide clients through the app-download and activation process.
• Assist clients who are having difficulty downloading, accessing, or using the app.




• Troubleshoot basic MYLS app access issues and provide necessary support.
3. Existing Client Follow-Up
• Contact existing clients who have not yet downloaded the MYLS app.
• Follow up with pending clients regularly.
• Ensure previously onboarded clients are also brought onto the MYLS platform.
4. Daily Tracking
Maintain daily records of:
• Total clients requiring MYLS app download
• Existing clients contacted
• Clients who have downloaded the app
• Clients whose access has been raised/activated
• Clients actively using the app
• Pending follow-ups
• Clients requiring troubleshooting/support
• Overall MYLS App Download Compliance Percentage
5. Daily Reporting
• Prepare and send a daily MYLS App Report to Higher Management.
• Report the total number of eligible clients, number of downloads completed, pending downloads, and the overall compliance percentage.
• Clearly identify clients who are still pending and require follow-up.
