Role Description The Sales Counselor and Executive (BDA) role is a full-time, work-from-home position focused on guiding prospective learners and families through Fantastiqo’s educational offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting online consultations, understanding learner needs, recommending suitable programs, and managing the end-to-end admissions or enrollment process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



and meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets. The Sales Counselor and Executive also collaborates with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner onboarding experience and supports customer satisfaction through clear communication and responsive service in a fully remote environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners and families.
Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Satisfaction skills to convert leads, meet targets, and ensure a positive experience.
Candidates should possess solid Organization Skills to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
Relevant experience in inside sales, counseling, or business development, preferably in education or e-learning, is beneficial.
