Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kozhikode responsible for expanding and deepening relationships with existing accounts. This position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market and industry research, and building a strong pipeline across consulting domains such as offshore advisory, technology incubation, and human capital solutions. The role includes preparing and delivering client presentations, proposals, and commercial negotiations, as well as collaborating with consulting leaders to shape tailored solutions that address client needs. The Business Development Manager will track sales metrics, maintain accurate CRM records,



and coordinate with marketing to support campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives. Day-to-day work emphasizes proactive outreach, stakeholder engagement, and consistent follow-through to achieve revenue and growth targets.
