About the Role: The Mechanical Engineer – Operation & Maintenance (Utilities) is responsible for ensuring productive, reliable, and safe operation of utility systems supporting plant operations. The role involves operation,



maintenance, troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and optimization of mechanical utility equipment such as boilers, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, pumps, HVAC systems, water treatment plants, fire-fighting systems, and associated piping networks

Key Responsibilities

Utility Operations

Ensure uninterrupted operation of utility systems including steam, compressed air, chilled water, cooling water, hot water, HVAC, and water supply systems.
Monitor utility parameters and optimize system performance.
Coordinate utility startup, shutdown, and changeover activities.
Ensure utilities meet production and process requirements.

Maintenance Management

Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
Conduct routine inspections of utility equipment and associated systems.
Diagnose mechanical faults and implement timely corrective actions.
