Role Description: The Study Abroad Counsellor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The counsellor will guide students through the entire study abroad process, including understanding their academic background, identifying suitable countries and institutions, and explaining program options. Daily responsibilities include conducting counselling sessions,



responding to student inquiries, assisting with applications and documentation, and providing information on visas, travel, accommodation, and financing. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of international education trends, collaborating with partner institutions, and using MapMyStudy’s online tools to track and manage student cases. The counsellor is expected to offer accurate, ethical guidance and ensure a positive experience for both students and institutional partners.

Qualifications

Strong counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to assess student profiles and recommend suitable study abroad options.
