Role Description The Virtual Assistant at KHPT is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves providing administrative and coordination support to teams, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and maintaining records. The Virtual Assistant will handle email communication, prepare basic reports and presentations, and assist with documentation and data entry. The role also includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting event and workshop logistics,



and ensuring timely follow-up on tasks and project activities. The position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic non-profit setting.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple schedules.
Proficiency in office productivity tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and familiarity with online collaboration platforms.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and basic report writing.
