Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Mapping & Lead Generation
Identify and map high-potential local businesses across Kolkata.
Build and continuously manage a prospect pipeline.
Conduct feet-on-street prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
Identify business owners, promoters, and marketing decision-makers.
2. Consultative Sales
Understand the client & business, target audience, and marketing objectives.




Assess their presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
Identify opportunities for influencer marketing and digital content.
Pitch relevant solutions including:
-Influencer Marketing
-Regional Creator Campaigns
-Social Media Content
-Branded Content
- AI-led Creative Solutions
3. Conversion & Revenue
Prepare/coordinate proposals with the internal team.
Negotiate and close current business.
Drive client onboarding and ensure smooth handover to the campaign team.
Build long-term relationships for repeat business and upselling.
4. Campaign Coordination
Work closely with the dedicated Campaign Manager for creator recommendations, shortlisting, campaign planning, and execution.
Remain the primary commercial relationship owner for acquired clients.

Experience Needed:
2–3 years of field sales/business development experience, preferably from:
Telecom | Retail | Print/Display/Classifieds | Radio/Media | SaaS |
