Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities,



build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promote KoderClub’s Odoo ERP and custom software solutions. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, preparing and delivering presentations and proposals, coordinating with technical and delivery teams, and following up to close deals. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, maintaining a structured sales pipeline and CRM records, and achieving defined sales and revenue targets. The Business Development Executive will also gather feedback from clients to help refine offerings and support long-term account growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, with experience in B2B sales or business development.
Ability to understand and communicate technology solutions, especially ERP systems, software development, or IT services.
