Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a VMC & CNC Programmer and Setter located in Vapi. The role involves creating and optimizing CNC programs for VMC and CNC machines based on technical drawings, component specifications, and production requirements. The team member will set up machines, select tools, define machining parameters, and perform trial runs to ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish standards. Daily responsibilities include adjusting offsets,



troubleshooting machining issues, coordinating with quality and production teams, and maintaining accurate documentation of programs and setups. The role also involves routine machine checks, adherence to safety standards, and contributing to process improvements to reduce cycle time and improve productivity.
Qualifications

Strong CNC Programming and Programming skills for VMC and CNC machines, including experience with relevant controllers (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens, or similar).
Hands-on Machining and Milling experience, including tool selection, parameter setting, and optimization for productivity and quality.
Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings, GD&T; symbols, and manufacturing specifications.
Familiarity with CNC program verification, trial runs, and troubleshooting machining or quality issues.
Experience as a machine setter, including setup changeovers, fixture alignment, an
