Job Description: Parent Relations & Outreach Executive

Role Overview
The Parent Relations & Outreach Executive will be responsible for building meaningful relationships with prospective and existing parents, supporting the student enrolment journey, and coordinating outreach and engagement initiatives for prospective families.
The role will act as an key interface between the school and parents, ensuring that prospective families receive timely information, personalised engagement, and a positive experience at every stage of their interaction with the school.

Key Responsibilities

1. Parent Relations & Engagement
Serve as a key point of contact for prospective parents.
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication and engagement.
Respond to parent enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand parent requirements and provide accurate information about the school, curriculum, learning approach, facilities, activities, and student experience.




Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to address parent queries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain a warm, professional, and service-oriented approach in all parent interactions.
Collect parent feedback and share relevant insights with the school leadership team.

2. Prospective Student Enrolment Support
Support the enrolment process for prospective students from initial enquiry through application and onboarding.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents and ensure timely movement of enquiries through the enrolment journey.
Coordinate school visits, parent meetings, student interactions, assessments, and other enrolment-related activities.
Support the collection and verification of required documentation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospective students, enquiries, applications, follow-ups, and enrolment status.
