MBA
Minimum Experience
12 � 15 years of experience with at least 5 years� experience in leading the
Project Execution of large scale projects within the Real Estate industry

* Sound understanding of Real Estate/ Construction/ Development industry
* Should possess strong project management skills
* Positive knowledge of contract documentation and management
Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job
Drive end-to-end project execution for a large scale project
(mall/commercial/residential) and ensure seamless and timely delivery within
defined standards of cost and quality, by effective project management
Key Responsibilities
(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)
* Works closely with business leadership, Head � Construction, VP � Projects
and other stakeholders to develop the project management framework and sign
off on the Engineering brief
* Drive continuous improvement, value engineering and innovation across all
project operations
* Manage the finalization of Project Drawings by coordinating with the
Architecture team & various consultants to review and revalidate the project
drawings
* Provide inputs to the planning department in detailing the project plan in
terms of activity level break down, timelines, project risks, etc
* Prepare risk mitigation strategies/action plan for each identified risk
including credible/ alternate backup options and implement and ensure
adherence to the same
