Role Description The District Coordinator is a full time, hybrid role based in Jhalawar, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The individual will coordinate district-level implementation of Wadhwani AI programs, working closely with local government officials, partner organizations,



and community stakeholders to ensure effective rollout of AI-enabled solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and monitoring field activities, collecting and validating data, facilitating training and orientation sessions for local users, and troubleshooting operational challenges. The role involves regular reporting on program progress, documenting lessons learned, providing feedback to central teams for product and process improvements, and ensuring that ethical and responsible use of technology is maintained at the last mile. The District Coordinator will also support awareness-building efforts, promote adoption of solutions among communities, and collaborate with internal teams to align field execution with broader program objectives.
