About the Role: We are looking for a hands-on Professional Communication instructor to teach and mentor first-year B. Tech Computer Science Engineering students at NST's Pune campus. You will be responsible for delivering the Professional Communication curriculum across Semesters 1 and 2, designing course content, and building the practical, skill-based components that help students become confident, workplace-ready communicators. Beyond classroom delivery,



you will play a key role in preparing students for internships and placements - working closely with them on spoken English, presentation skills, and general interview readiness. This is a high-energy, student-outcomes-driven role designed for someone who is passionate about shaping how young engineers communicate, present themselves, and prepare for the professional world.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver lectures for Professional Communication (Semester 1 and Semester 2) for first-year B. Tech CSE students.
● Create and develop course content and curriculum material for both semesters.
● Design and evaluate assessments, and handle overall student evaluation for the course.
● Design and facilitate practical components to upskill students, including group discussions, mock interviews, video assignments, and similar activities.
