Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Executive will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, from identifying and onboarding relevant creators to coordinating deliverables and tracking performance. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram and involves daily collaboration with creators, brand partners, and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives. Responsibilities include researching potential influencers and market trends,



planning campaign strategies, drafting and managing communication, negotiating partnerships, and maintaining long-term relationships with creators and brands. The role also includes monitoring campaign analytics, preparing performance reports, and suggesting optimizations to improve reach, engagement, and ROI. The Influencer Marketing Executive will support sales and marketing initiatives by aligning influencer activities with broader brand goals.

Qualifications
