Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Service Department. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team, ensuring smooth vehicle service operations, accurate job card preparation, timely updates, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements and complaints.
Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately record customer concerns.
Prepare and explain job cards with required repair and service details.
Coordinate with Service Technicians for diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and vehicle delivery.
Provide customers with accurate information regarding service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
Follow up with technicians to ensure timely completion of assigned jobs.
Keep customers updated regarding the progress of their vehicle.




Prepare service estimates and obtain necessary customer approvals before additional work.
Ensure proper documentation of service, repair, parts replacement, and customer approvals.
Coordinate with the Spare Parts and Service teams for required parts and materials.
Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery and ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
Explain completed repairs and maintenance work to customers at the time of delivery.
Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, service history, complaints, and vehicle deliveries.
Follow company service standards, safety procedures, and customer-service policies.
Support the Service Manager in achieving service targets and improving customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers after service to obtain feedback and encourage repeat visits.
