Industree aims to impact million more producers (the majority of whom are women) to achieve a triple-bottom-line impact, i.e., economic impact (including regular work, increased income, and financial stability), social impact (improved agency and voice for women at home and in their communities, and educational opportunities for the next generation) and environmental impact (focusing on natural fiber and organic raw material value chains, building new circular economies).

About this Position:





The State Operations Manager will play a key role in facilitating coordination with the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and ensuring effective implementation of program activities on the ground. The position will closely work with state, district, and block-level stakeholders to drive program alignment. This role demands robust engagement with both institutional partners and community stakeholders and involves extensive travel to project locations to ensure timely execution, quality outcomes, and sustainable impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Foster and maintain strong partnerships with the State Rural Livelihood Mission (SRLM) and other key stakeholders.
● Lead and oversee implementation program across the state, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and effective monitoring of activities.
