Role Description The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Porbandar, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves overseeing mechanical maintenance activities for boiler and related equipment, including routine inspections, diagnosing issues, and coordinating repairs to minimize downtime.



The engineer will plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules, maintain records of maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with fabrication and operations teams, managing maintenance-related documentation, supporting root cause analysis of equipment failures, and recommending improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. The role may also involve supervising maintenance technicians, coordinating with external vendors, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
