Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Planning Coordinator to support the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of a hotel construction project in Siliguri. The role involves coordinating with project stakeholders, tracking project progress, preparing schedules, and ensuring timely execution of project activities while maintaining quality and cost objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and site teams for project planning activities.
Track construction progress against the baseline schedule and identify delays or deviations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and project dashboards.
Assist in resource planning, manpower deployment, and material scheduling.
Monitor project milestones and provide early warning of risks impacting timelines.




Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate procurement and construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain project documentation, planning records, and progress reports.
Participate in project review meetings and present schedule updates to management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in project planning and coordination within construction projects.
Experience in hotel, commercial building, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure projects preferred.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and project reporting tools.
Solid analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
