Job Summary

The Director, FCSO Screening Product Management supports the ED, Head of FCSO Screening Products in the strategic management, development, implementation, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of the Bank's Screening Products and associated capabilities with a specific focus on List Management.

The primary focus of the role is to drive effective List product management practices across the Screening Product portfolio, ensuring that products remain fit for purpose, regulatory compliant, operationally efficient and aligned to the Bank's financial crime risk management objectives. This includes ownership of List product roadmaps, prioritisation of enhancements, management of product backlogs, oversight of defect remediation, implementation of new capabilities and establishment of feedback loops to continuously improve product performance and outcomes.

The role holder partners closely with Operations, Technology, Data and Financial Crime stakeholders to identify opportunities to strengthen screening controls,



improve screening effectiveness and support the safe introduction of current List products. A key objective of the role is to improve the earlier identification of financial crime risk through enhanced List Management capabilities, improved data utilisation, more effective alert generation and optimisation of Screening processes.

Strategy

Drive the strategic development and evolution of the Screening Product portfolio, ensuring products remain effective, scalable, compliant and aligned to the Bank's financial crime risk management objectives.
Define and execute product roadmaps that enhance screening capabilities, accelerate the implementation of regulatory and sanctions requirements, and support the introduction of new products, customer segments, geographies and payment flows.
Champion a product-led approach to continuous improvement through performance monitoring, user feedback, outcome analysis and data-driven prioritisation of
