Role Summary:

Location : Bengaluru, Gurugram & Pune

Business Analyst will play a critical role in the delivery, approvals,



delegation, and holiday
management. This role operates in a techno-functional capacity, partnering closely with
product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into clear,
actionable requirements within an Agile delivery setting.
The role is responsible for end-to-end requirements management, functional
documentation, process analysis, and supporting successful product delivery across multiple
Agile sprints .

Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional
Specifications, gap analysis documents, and process flow diagrams
• Analyse and document current and future-state business processes using
process mapping and workflow techniques.
