About the Role
We are looking for a data driven analyst who can work with digital analytics data, understand user behaviour and turn complex datasets into clear business and CRO insights.
The role will be closely connected to our CRO and experimentation teams, helping identify what is happening, why it may be happening and where there is an opportunity to improve conversion.
You should be comfortable working across analytics platforms, exploring data independently, identifying patterns and anomalies, and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
The ideal candidate is not someone who simply creates dashboards or reports. You should be able to question the data, investigate the reasons behind trends and tell a clear story from the numbers.

What You Will OwnData Analysis




Analyse website and product data to understand user behaviour and conversion journeys.
Identify trends, patterns, anomalies and potential areas of improvement.
Analyse key metrics across acquisition, engagement, conversion and retention.
Perform funnel analysis to identify where users drop off.
Analyse user journeys and behavioural patterns across different segments.
Compare performance across devices, browsers, traffic sources, geographies and other relevant dimensions.
Investigate sudden changes or unexpected movements in important metrics.
Translate analysis into explicit business and CRO insights.

Google Analytics
Work extensively with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Build and analyse reports and explorations in GA4.
