Role Description The Fiber Engineer role is a full-time hybrid position based in Kochi, with a mix of in office work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Fiber Engineer will plan, design, and implement fiber-optic networks, including route planning, splicing plans, and documentation for outside plant infrastructure. Responsibilities include coordinating site surveys, supervising fiber installation and testing, resolving network issues,



and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety guidelines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors, tracking project progress, preparing reports, and supporting ongoing maintenance activities to ensure stable network performance.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Fibre and Optical Fiber technologies, including installation, splicing, testing, and troubleshooting.
Candidates should possess skills in Outside Plant design and deployment, covering field surveys, route planning, and infrastructure documentation.
