We are looking for an experienced Technical Service & Development Manager with strong expertise in formulation, application development, technical service and business development.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers.
Support lubricant, MWF and grease formulation & application development.
Conduct customer trials, technical presentations and product demonstrations.
Identify recent applications, customers and business opportunities.
Work closely with sales teams and international principals.
Convert technical trials and opportunities into commercial business.
Track market trends,



competitor products and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile:
6–10+ years of relevant experience in lubricants, MWF, greases, lubricant additives or specialty chemicals.
Strong formulation and application knowledge.
Customer-facing experience with R&D;/formulation teams.
Strong communication, technical and commercial skills.
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Chemical Engineering/Polymer Engineering/Chemical Technology or M.Sc./M.Tech. in Chemistry or related field.
Preferred: Experience with lubricant additives, MWF, grease manufacturing, formulation houses or specialty chemical companies.
