Job Purpose
To manage the University's social media presence and digital communications, strengthen the University's brand image, and effectively showcase academic, research, student, faculty, and institutional achievements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain official social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Develop and publish engaging content related to university events, achievements, admissions, student activities, faculty achievements, research, placements, and campus life.
Prepare social media posts, captions, creatives, reels, videos, and other digital content.
Coordinate with various Schools and Departments to collect relevant updates, photographs, videos, and success stories.
Cover key University events and coordinate photography/videography requirements.
Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.




Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers, and other performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally and coordinate with concerned departments where required.
Identify current social media trends and implement suitable content strategies to increase engagement and visibility.
Ensure all communication follows the University's branding, tone, guidelines, and approval processes.
Support admission campaigns, institutional campaigns, celebrations, awareness campaigns, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, photographers, and external agencies, wherever required.
Monitor the University's online reputation and highlight positive institutional achievements and stories.
Maintain an organized digital repository of photographs, videos, creatives, and other communication materials.
