Role Description This is a full-time, Work from home Customer Service Representative role based in Bengaluru, supporting international customers via chat, email, and voice channels. The Customer Service Representative will handle Chat, email and outbound calls, respond to queries, resolve issues, and ensure accurate information is provided across all communication platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing multiple conversations, documenting interactions in the system, following standard operating procedures, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role also involves maintaining service quality, meeting performance targets,



and contributing to continuous improvement in customer experience. Collaboration with supervisors and teammates to share feedback, align on processes, and deliver consistent support is an key part of the role.
Qualifications
Ability to perform in Customer Service and Customer Support roles, managing international chat, email, and voice interactions.
Skills related to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a focus on empathy, problem solving, and service quality.
Previous experience in Chat,email,voice experince is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to handle global customers professionally.
Comfort with using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and basic office software; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet performance metrics.
