As our new Inside Sales Executive, you'll support the growth of our sales function through inbound and outbound telephone activity, email and digital channels. You'll manage existing customer accounts, develop current business opportunities, follow up quotes and convert marketing leads into sales, with customer purchase orders fulfilled through our designated Authorised Resellers. Working closely with customers, the Inside Sales team and wider sales functions, you'll build strong relationships, identify opportunities and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Some of your key responsibilities:
• Generate incremental sales and increase customer loyalty by identifying opportunities to grow product sales, improve customer satisfaction and develop long-term business relationships.
• Proactively sell through direct marketing campaigns, follow up quotes and evaluate cross-sell, own-brand and cost-effective solution opportunities during customer conversations.




• Identify, contact and win new customers, while re-engaging former or inactive customers to understand their needs and develop renewed business relationships.
• Overcome objections and secure customer agreement for continued contact through the most appropriate sales channel, including arranging face-to-face conversations for larger opportunities when required.
• Create and deliver an activity plan to meet and exceed revenue, margin and online channel share targets.
• Present the Cromwell India value proposition, ensuring customers understand the value-added services available, while following company policies and completing any reasonable management requests.

What do I need to be successful in this role?
• Experience in a customer-focused sales or inside sales role, with the ability to build relationships and have meaningful conversations by telephone, email and digital platforms.
