We're Hiring — Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist
Hanux is growing, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist who can take ownership of paid acquisition and lead-generation campaigns for our clients.
We're a technology and digital growth company helping businesses build, automate and grow through software development, AI automation, e-commerce and digital marketing.

What you'll own
You'll be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimizing performance campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, while helping us build reliable lead-generation systems for our clients.

Your responsibilities
Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max and other relevant formats
Plan and manage Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research
Build campaign structures based on client objectives and target audiences
Create and optimize lead-generation campaigns
Monitor CPL, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate and overall campaign performance




Set up and verify conversion tracking with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for optimization
Prepare explicit performance reports for clients and internal teams
Work with our design and development teams on landing pages, creatives and conversion optimization
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
Help develop lead-generation strategies for different industries and markets
Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads and performance marketing practices

What we're looking for
2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Demonstrable experience managing campaigns with real budgets
Strong understanding of lead-generation funnels
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics
Ability to interpret campaign data and make optimization decisions
Understanding of landing pages and co
