In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and technical stakeholders to attract and secure top-tier ServiceNow professionals. From understanding workforce requirements and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to managing interviews, negotiating offers, and delivering an exceptional onboarding experience,
you will play a critical role in strengthening our ServiceNow practice and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle of recruitment for ServiceNow.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates through multiple channels.
Drive candidate experience excellence throughout the recruitment process.
Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and onboarding activities to ensure successful hiring outcomes.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights and talent intelligence.
