What You’ll Be Doing (position summary):
The Business Specialist supports the Retail Mortgage Services (RMS) portfolio by providing business identification and consultative support for process changes. The role proactively analyzes and recommends enhancements to existing processes, communicates rationale,



and negotiates solutions to improve operational effectiveness and client experience. The incumbent contributes to the overall change approach, roadmaps, and implementations of internal and partner-led initiatives.
The Process & Change Management (P&CM;) team is responsible for facilitating the implementation of operational changes that impact Retail Mortgage Services (RMS). The Specialist is accountable for providing in-depth advice/consultation typically of an operational or tactical nature, to management, business partners, and team members, within an area of specialization.
