Role Summary
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and results-driven Foundation Executive / Manager to manage and coordinate the Foundation's activities and initiatives. The role involves planning and executing Foundation programs, coordinating with beneficiaries, NGOs, volunteers, and external stakeholders, managing field activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring the successful implementation of Foundation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute Foundation programs, social initiatives, community activities, and welfare projects.
Coordinate with beneficiaries, NGOs, volunteers,



institutions, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
Conduct field visits, understand community needs, and monitor ongoing Foundation activities.
Manage Foundation events, campaigns, donation drives, and outreach programs.
Maintain beneficiary, project, donation, expense, and activity records with proper documentation.
Prepare regular project updates, reports, presentations, and impact reports for management.
Coordinate and guide Foundation staff, volunteers, and field teams, ensuring timely completion of activities.
Build partnerships and identify opportunities to expand the Foundation's reach and social impact.
Coordinate with finance and administration teams for resources, budgets, and operational requirements.
Ensure transparency, proper resource utilization, and compliance with Foundation policies and guidelines.
