Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Several years of proven experience as a ServiceNow developer / administrator, ideally in complex enterprise environments (ideally with certifications (CSA, CAD))
Robust skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, ServiceNow scripting, and system administration
Experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, or similar
Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
Very good communication skills in English
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
