About the Role

The Sr. Procurement Specialist/Manager will play a crucial role in managing procurement activities, supplier relationships,



and inventory management to ensure the organization meets its operational needs efficiently.

Responsibilities

Procurement of Materials and Services:
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on the quality, price, and delivery time of products.
Issue purchase orders based on business needs and inventory levels.
Ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services to meet organizational requirements.

Supplier Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with existing suppliers, negotiating better rates and payment terms.
Assess the performance of suppliers and ensure adherence to contract terms.
Resolve any issues with suppliers related to quality, delivery, or payment.
Recent supplier development and qualification.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Work with the inventory team to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
