Role Description The Partner Onboarding Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with diagnostic partner laboratories to expand HealthONTime’s network. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating onboarding processes,



aligning partners to platform standards and service workflows, and ensuring accurate listing of tests, prices, and packages. The Partner Onboarding Manager will collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations, resolve partner issues, and improve service quality. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, gathering partner feedback, and supporting initiatives that enhance customer experience and partner engagement.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships skills to identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with diagnostic partners.
Candidates should possess Account Management and Communication skills to maintain partner satisfaction, handle queries, and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
