Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The specialist will engage prospective and existing clients via phone, explain Shiksolve Education’s counseling and learning offerings, and convert inquiries into enrollments.



Day-to-day responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound leads, understanding client needs, and recommending suitable education or training solutions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding sales and conversion targets. The Telesales Specialist will collaborate with counseling and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide ongoing customer support.
Qualifications
