Key responsibilities:

To carry out preventive Maintenance of equipment as per SOP.
To carry out shut down maintenance of plant equipment as per SOP.
To attend the breakdown of plant Equipment.
To carry out routine maintenance activity in the plant.
To execute & track the maintenance work request (MWR) system.
To execute /Co-ordinate the modification and project work in the plant.




Responsibilities as “Reliever” to “Colleagues” of the department.
Compliance to safety procedure, cGMP & SOPs.
To maintain the document of maintenance work as per the requirement.
Coordination with the activities of colleagues.
To attend all trainings related to the job role.
For Issuance of material from Engineering Stores.
To follow the safety & maintenance work permit system during execution work.
To follow the shift schedule.
To maintain housekeeping in the respective area.
To provide the proper supervision of ongoing jobs and provide tech. support to colleagues along with safety & maintenance work permit system
To maintain the inventory for proper maintenance and project execution.
To ensure timely closure of audit and safety observations, timely closure of implementation of CAPA and submission of required investigation report.
To maintain the inventory for proper maintenance and project execution.
Work and prepare action against the incident /accident at site.
