Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive measurable growth in leads, conversions, and revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing paid media campaigns (such as search, social, and display), conducting A/B tests on creatives and landing pages,



and monitoring performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization. The role involves collaborating with creative, content, and development teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and deliver a cohesive user experience. The Performance Marketer will also prepare regular performance reports, analyze user behavior, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.
