Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Human Resources Executive supporting Biznish’s advertising agency operations. The Human Resources Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration. The role will involve maintaining and updating HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and internal guidelines.



Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations matters, addressing HR-related queries, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting organizational culture and engagement activities. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate closely with leadership and team managers to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a positive, inclusive work workplace.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, preferably within a fast-paced agency or creative environment.
Proficiency in HR Operations, including recruitment, onboarding, HR documentation, and HR systems or HRIS platforms.
Strong background in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle sensitive issues, support conflict resolution, and promote an inclusive workplace.
