Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Ghaziabad. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social, display, and marketplaces to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Responsibilities include managing ad budgets, setting up tracking and reporting, analyzing campaign performance data, and making data-driven recommendations to improve results. The role involves collaborating with brand, creative,



and e-commerce teams to align messaging, landing pages, and offers with performance goals, while running A/B tests and experiments to enhance customer acquisition and retention. The Performance Marketer will also monitor industry trends and competitor activity, ensuring Springfit’s online presence remains strong and growth-focused.

Qualifications
Strong performance marketing skills with hands-on experience in paid search, paid social, display advertising, and marketplace ads (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
Proficiency in analytics and optimization, including campaign tracking, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Experience in digital marketing strategy, including audience segmentation, funnel design, remarketing strategies, and integrating performance efforts with broader brand and content initiatives.
