Role Description The Head Programmer is a full-time, on-site role based in Unnao, responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that support the company’s accounting and operational processes. This role oversees programming activities, sets technical standards, and guides the development team in building robust back-end systems and tools. Daily responsibilities include analyzing requirements, architecting software components, writing and reviewing code,



enforcing best practices in object-oriented programming, and ensuring system performance and security. The Head Programmer collaborates with accounting and operations teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, manages timelines, and provides mentorship and technical direction to other developers.
