Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with prospective customers through calls, references, and personal networking.
Understand customers’ financial goals, protection requirements, and investment needs.
Explain suitable life insurance products, benefits, features, premium options, and policy terms clearly.
Prepare and present customized insurance proposals based on customer requirements.
Follow up with prospective customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with customers.
Support customers with policy-related queries, documentation, and service requirements.




Achieve assigned sales and business targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Maintain accurate customer records and regularly update sales activities.
Stay updated on insurance products, processes, and industry developments.
