About the Role
We are looking for someone to manage music teacher requirements for our partner schools and academies. The role will be similar to an HR/recruitment role, focused specifically on music teachers.

Key Responsibilities
Understand teacher requirements from schools and academies.
Source and reach out to suitable music teachers.
Make regular calls to teachers for screening and onboarding.
Share suitable profiles with schools.
Schedule and coordinate interviews/demos.
Follow up with teachers and schools until the position is closed.
Maintain teacher and requirement records.
Build and manage relationships with partner schools and academies.
We are looking for someone who is positive at communication, calling, coordination and follow-ups, and is comfortable speaking to a large number of teachers regularly.
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, education or relationship management is preferred.
