DBest is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to manage and coordinate our projects across PAN India.
? Position: Project Manager
? Work Location: PAN India (Head Office: Delhi)
? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month
✈️ Travel: PAN India travel & regular site visits required
?️ Industry: Fit-Outs | Construction | Interior | Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise multiple projects across PAN India
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and site teams
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress
• Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget
• Plan manpower, materials, and resources as per project requirements
• Monitor quality of work and ensure proper execution as per BOQ/specifications
• Handle site-level issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for quick resolution
• Prepare project updates, progress reports and maintain project documentation
• Coordinate project execution from start to completion
• Ensure proper communication between the office, site teams and clients
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management / Fit-Outs / Construction / Maintenance
• Good knowledge of civil, electrical, interior and maintenance works
• Robust coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to travel across PAN India
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and project documentation
• Strong problem-solving and team-management skills
• Candidates with experience handling retail, commercial or corporate projects will be preferred
