Key Responsibilities:
Manage and motivate a team of 8+ Sales Executives
Drive sales, conversions, and revenue targets
Monitor team performance and improve productivity
Coach team members and handle customer escalations
Track sales performance through CRM and reports
Requirements:
Proven experience in Telesales / Inside Sales, preferably in a managerial or Team Lead role
Experience managing a team of 8+ members
Proven sales target achievement
EdTech experience preferred
Solid communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Jaipur-based candidates preferred
