Alongside Software Co, our growing digital and creative agency helps businesses build their brands, generate demand and accelerate growth through high-performance digital marketing.
We are looking for an exceptional Paid Media & Performance Lead. Someone who combines deep technical capability, commercial thinking and hands-on campaign execution with a demonstrated ability to generate measurable business results.

This is not an entry-level digital marketing role, and it is not a position for someone whose experience has primarily involved coordinating agencies or reviewing campaign reports.
We are looking for a genuine performance marketing operator who knows how to get inside an advertising account, understand what is happening, identify opportunities, build campaigns,



solve tracking and conversion problems, test aggressively and continuously improve results.You should understand the difference between generating traffic and generating revenue.Success in this role will ultimately be measured by the quality and commercial value of the opportunities you generate and not impressions, clicks or vanity metrics.

Key Skills and experience:

You will take hands-on responsibility for the strategy, execution, optimisation and performance of paid acquisition campaigns across Software Co, our portfolio of technology ventures and selected Rockatoo clients.

Your responsibilities will include:Developing and executing sophisticated paid acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Planning, building and optimising Google Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing and YouTube campaigns.
Building and scaling high-performing Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagr
