The ideal candidate will resolve customer queries, manage escalations, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Customer Support/CX (E-commerce/D2C preferred)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets
Customer-centric, organized, and able to multitask
