10+ years technology experience.
Experience designing and building decoupled BFF and Domain APIs.
Experience designing and building decoupled user experience with contemporary JS frameworks like ReactJS and AngularJS.
Hands-on development, delivery, and operate technology platform at scale.
Experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools and techniques.
Excellent adaptive leadership capabilities, including fostering productive team dynamics and coaching.
Successful record of managing distributed resources and partners (both offshore & onshore)
Preferably Insurance or Financial Services Industry experience
Alignment of Technology roadmap and business strategy.
