What You Will Do:
The Data Analytics Manager leads the data analytics and transformation function supporting Aftermarket business units.



This role is responsible for managing a team of Data Analysts and BI Developers tasked to automated and improve overall data reporting capabilities. Also, this person ensures that the Data Management and Data Governance principles.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage a team of Data Analysts & BI Developers, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
Ensure day-to-day data operations meet defined SLAs and data quality KPIs.
Own and maintain data operations work instructions, operating procedures, and business rules, ensuring documentation remains current and aligned with evolving processes and systems.
Establish and monitor operational controls and dashboards to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Oversee data transformation roadmaps and ensure alignment with overall data strategy.
Oversee investigation and resolution of recurring or complex data quality issues, ensuring appropriate escalation and root cause analysis.
