What you'll do
The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving project sales across Gujarat by identifying and developing project opportunities at the earliest stages of the construction lifecycle.



The primary objective of the role is to proactively identify upcoming projects during the concept, planning, and design phases, enabling Promat to influence specifications, engage key stakeholders, and maximize conversion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify upcoming construction and industrial projects at the concept, planning, design, and tender stages across Gujarat- Focus on revenue-generating opportunities in data centres, healthcare, manufacturing, and key commercial projects, along with other priority sectors- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of early-stage projects that can be influenced before product specifications are finalized- Develop opportunities for Promat’s Passive Fire Protection portfolio, including:

Structural Steel Fire protection
Firestopping
Compartmentation
HVAC
Doors and other OEMs
- Achieve assigned Sales and business developme
